A parka style jacket inspired by traditional workwear, the Echo Jacket by Kowtow features a cotton drawcord through the neckline and waist for a customizable fit. It has front patch pockets and a Tagua nut button closure through the front with a high neckline. The panelled sleeves are shaped with darts at the elbow and a pleat at the cuff. Made from organic cotton in our gridded ripstop. All Fairtrade organic cotton. All plastic-free.
This garment is completely plastic-free and is created using the principles of circular design, with full seed-to-garment traceability.
| Organic Cotton: | Kowtow uses a natural mono-fiber, Fairtrade certified cotton for every garment they make. Grown without harmful chemicals, it’s rainfed, hand-picked and is entirely biodegradable. |
| Organic Cotton Labels: | All Kowtow garment labels are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 approved organic cotton. Their swing tags are made from certified GRS recycled organic cotton card, a by-product of our fabric offcuts, attached with a certified organic cotton cord. |
| Natural Rubber Elastic: | Kowtow garments use natural latex rubber encased in certified organic cotton, to provide stretch and ease. |
| Inks, dyes and washes: | Processed using Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) approved inks and dyes, free from chlorine bleach, toxic heavy metals, formaldehyde and aromatic solvents. |
| Organic Cotton Thread: | Kowtow garments are sewn together with Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton thread. |
